If you have magnetics on you’ll get little guides when you move around, and if you resize, you’ll maintain the uniform shape. If you turn the magnetics off you can kind of move freely and you can resize any which way you want. You can use the options at the bottom to flip, rotate, you can also grab this little green handle and rotate. This is what you use to move elements around the canvas.
